Guys as many of you were asking, this is the full breakdown of the D&D Plans. It will take place on the 26th of July 2008. All players will be required to attend with a date/soulmate to make the event more professional. All players will be judged based on their performance and there will be no siding/prejudical judgement. Every match we will record down the Man of the match, Assists, Goals, Best midfielder, defender and striker. All these data will be collected over 12 mths and next yr wil be complied together. Upon that, players will be nominated to win these following awards.
Best Goalkeeper(Based on Vote + Clean Sheet)
Best Defender(Based on Vote + Performance)
Best Midfielder(Based on Vote + Performance)
Best Striker(Based on Vote + Performance)
Best Playmaker(Based on most number of Assists)
Most Valuable Player(Based on the number of Man of the Matches)
Kamikaze Player of the Year(Based on Vote+Performance+Attitude+Leadership+TeamPlayer)
Golden Boot(Based on Goals)
Most Spectacular Goal(Based on Vote)
Kamikaze Samurai Award(Decision to be made by 3 Judges whom will be decided later)
Best Young Talent(Based for players below 18. Vote+Performance)
There you have it guys. So work hard for yourself and the team and best of luck for those who win these awards next year. Also note that voting or performance alone dosent get you the award. At the end of the day, being a team player is what counts most. Without it, none of the above mentioned awards can be won. The name on the logo at the front of your jersey is always important than the name at the back. Please remember this as all of you are capable and commited to win these awards. Thank You
